Soccer Recap: Crestview Takes a Loss

Crestview lost against Choctawhatchee back in November and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Bulldogs lost 6-0 to the Indians. While losing is never fun, Crestview can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 343rd, while Choctawhatchee are ranked 45th).

Crestview's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6-2. As for Choctawhatchee, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-1-2.

Crestview will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Navarre at 7:00 p.m. on January 5, 2026. Choctawhatchee will take on Tate in a holiday battle at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Choctawhatchee's defense better be ready for this one: Tate have averaged an impressive 4.6 goals per game this season.
