Volleyball Recap: Pahokee Takes a Loss

Pahokee lost against Glades Central last Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Pahokee Blue Devils came up short against the Glades Central Raiders, falling 3-0.

Pahokee was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-22, 25-9.

Pahokee's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Glades Central, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-2.

Pahokee will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Forest Hill at 6:00 p.m. on April 16th. Glades Central also won't see the court for a while: their next contest is against Dwyer at 6:00 p.m. on April 1st.
