Basketball Recap: Hackett Takes a Loss

Hackett has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They lost 55-32 to the Lavaca Golden Arrows on Friday. The matchup marked the Hornets' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Hackett's loss dropped their record down to 11-3. As for Lavaca, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season.
