Volleyball Recap: IDEA Frontier College Prep Takes a Loss

IDEA Frontier College Prep came up short against the Progreso Red Ants on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-12, 25-19.

Alexa Villarreal paced IDEA Frontier College Prep's offense, picking up five kills. Villarreal got some help from Krista Rivera and her 13 assists. Rivera was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

IDEA Frontier College Prep's defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 11-11. As for Progreso, the win keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.
