Basketball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Brandon Hill and George Richardson Lead Southern Nash to Victory

Southern Nash's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They managed a 53-48 victory over the Beddingfield Bruins. The Firebirds have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bruins, too.

Southern Nash was led to victory by George Richardson and Brandon Hill. Richardson dropped a double-double on 14 points and 14 rebounds, while Hill almost dropped a double-double on 14 points and nine rebounds. Jaden Hartsfield was another key player, putting up 11 points and four steals.

The win got Southern Nash back to even at 4-4. As for Beddingfield, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.

Southern Nash wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 43-40 victory against Bunn on the 8th. As for Beddingfield, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 53-44 win against Nash Central on the 8th.
