Volleyball Recap: Pine Comes Up Short

After flying high against Bogalusa on Thursday, Pine came back down to earth. The Raiders lost 3-0 to the Springfield Bulldogs on Monday. The defeat continues a trend for the Raiders in their meetings with the Bulldogs: they've now lost five in a row.

Pine's loss dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Springfield, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Pine has already played their next matchup (against Christ Episcopal School), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Springfield, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Amite on the 30th.
