After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Fort Loramie, Jackson Center was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out the Fairlawn Jets 7-5. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Jets recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Blake Noble made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out eight batters over seven innings while giving up four earned (and one unearned) runs off 14 hits (and not a single walk). Noble was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

Noble wasn't the only one making solid contact as five players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Preston Serr, who went 1-for-4 with two runs and one RBI.
