Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Hayden couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They fell just short of the Andale Indians by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The Wildcats' defeat signaled the end of their seven-game winning streak.

Despite the loss, Hayden had strong showings from Ella Foster, who had nine digs and two assists, and Sophia Wichman, who had eight kills and six digs. Wichman is on a roll when it comes to kills, as she's now had six or more in each of the last six games she's played.
