Basketball Recap: Shroder Paideia Academy Takes a Loss

Shroder Paideia Academy lost against DePaul Cristo Rey back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Shroder Paideia Academy Jaguars took a 38-26 hit to the loss column at the hands of DePaul Cristo Rey.

Jazmin Tubbs went supernova for DePaul Cristo Rey, dropping a triple-double with 11 points, 21 rebounds, and 11 blocks. The dominant performance gave Tubbs a new career-high in boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Daizya White, who posted 11 points.

Shroder Paideia Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 10-7. As for DePaul Cristo Rey, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-7.

Shroder Paideia Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for DePaul Cristo Rey, they will take on Mercy McAuley at 6:00 p.m. on February 18th.
