Basketball Recap: Herron Achaeans vs. Indianapolis Crispus Attucks Tigers
Herron was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 97-33 loss at the hands of the Indianapolis Crispus Attucks Tigers. While losing is never fun, the Achaeans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 385th, while the Tigers are ranked 56th).
Several Achaeans players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jaden Parker, who went 5 for 6 on his way to 14 points. Cj Stephens was another key player, putting up five points along with seven rebounds and three steals.
