North Shelby came tearing into Wednesday's matchup with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17.3 points) and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Scotland County Tigers with a sharp 59-37 win. The Raiders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 22 points or more this season.

North Shelby has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. As for Scotland County, they now have a losing record at 8-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Shelby will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Novinger at 6:00 p.m. on February 3rd. As for Scotland County, they will head out to take on Schuyler County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
