Baseball Recap: West Houston HomeSchool Comes Up Short

West Houston HomeSchool was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 5-0 to the St. Louis HomeSchool P Patriots.

West Houston HomeSchool got a good showing from Zachry Couch, who tossed four innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits.

On the hitting side, West Houston HomeSchool saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Dante Mitchell, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base.

West Houston HomeSchool's defeat dropped their record down to 11-14. As for St. Louis HomeSchool P, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-12 record this season.

West Houston HomeSchool didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 4-3 victory against DasCHE on the 28th. As for St. Louis HomeSchool P, they will take on Middle Tennessee Monarchs at 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
