Pierce better focus on containing Riley Wegner and Emma Cohee as the pair were huge in Guardian Angels Central Catholic's win. Wegner had nine digs and two assists, while Cohee had 27 assists and four digs. Cohee is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 17 or more in each of the last 29 games she's played dating back to last season.

Guardian Angels Central Catholic's win bumped their record up to 21-2. As for Pierce, their victory bumped their record up to 18-6.

Everything went Pierce's way against Guardian Angels Central Catholic in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as Pierce made off with a 3-0 win.
