Wall had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.7 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Monday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Sweetwater Mustangs an 8-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Hawks, who have now won eight matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.

Wall pushed their record up to 15-5 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.4 runs on average over those games. As for Sweetwater, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-9-1 record this season.

Wall will have a chance to go back-to-back against Sweetwater: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
