The Wakulla War Eagles are taking a road trip to take on the Leon Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Wakulla will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

Wakulla's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Saturday. They put the hurt on Bay with a sharp 5-0 win. Considering Wakulla have won six matches by more than four goals this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, Leon was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor Florida State University High School could gain the upper hand on Friday so the two teams had to settle for a 0-0 draw. Leon had to tread lightly for part of the matchup as three Leon players were handed yellow cards, which could explain the final result.

Wakulla's victory bumped their record up to 10-5-2. Leon's draw gives them a new season record of 4-8-1.

Wakulla got the 'W' when the teams last played back in December of 2025 against Leon by a conclusive 6-1 score. In that contest, the War Eagles amassed a halftime lead of 3-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Wednesday.
