Volleyball Recap: St. Joseph Academy Takes a Loss

St. Joseph Academy's tournament run continued when they took on High Tech SD on Saturday. The Crusaders took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Storm.

Max Pokholok paced St. Joseph Academy's offense, picking up four kills. Pokholok were helped by Sean Ambuul and Dominic Gale, who contributed five assists each. Finally, Pokholok was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high five blocks.

St. Joseph Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 10-7. As for High Tech SD, their victory bumped their record up to 9-10.

St. Joseph Academy is on the road again on Saturday to play O'Farrell Charter at 10:00 a.m. As for High Tech SD, they will challenge Victory Christian Academy at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
