Ellington put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They claimed a resounding 54-24 victory over the Sports & Medical Sciences Academy/Bulkeley/Classical Magnet Tigerhawks. The Knights have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Tigerhawks, too.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Ellington to victory, but perhaps none more so than Aaron Ladr, who threw for 244 yards and four TDs on only 18 passes, and also punched in one rushing score. The Knights' leading receiver Mattox Dimovski was Ladr's top target yet again, picking up 39 receiving yards and one score, while also rushing for 88 yards and one touchdown.

Ellington's record is now 3-0. As for Sports & Medical Sciences Academy/Bulkeley/Classical Magnet, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
