Preview: Lake Blue Streaks vs. Wooster Generals
After four games on the road, Lake is heading back home. They will take on the Wooster Generals at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Wooster took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Lake, who comes in off a win.
On Saturday, Lake escaped with a win against Euclid by the margin of a single free throw, 47-46.
Wooster suffered their biggest loss since December 8, 2023 on Friday. They were beaten by Lexington 63-36. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Wooster has scored all season.
Lake's win bumped their record up to 2-9. As for Wooster, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-7.
Lake strolled past Wooster in their previous matchup back in February of 2019 by a score of 56-42. Will Lake repeat their success, or does Wooster have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
