Baseball Recap: Gilman Takes a Loss

Gilman lost against Archbishop Curley back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Greyhounds fell just short of the Friars by a score of 6-5.

Gilman has also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-14 record this season. As for Archbishop Curley, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 9-6.

While Gilman had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
