Basketball Recap: College Place Takes a Loss

College Place lost against Royal back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The College Place Hawks took a 47-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Royal Knights.

College Place has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last 12 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season. As for Royal, their victory bumped their record up to 11-9.

Looking ahead, College Place will head out to face off against Kiona-Benton at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Kiona-Benton will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something College Place surely won't give up without a fight. Royal does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
