Palo Alto is 9-1 against Lynbrook since March of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. Palo Alto will be playing in front of their home fans against Lynbrook at 4:00 p.m. Neither Palo Alto nor Lynbrook posted many runs in their last games, so it might be the pitching crews that decide this one.

Friday just wasn't the day for Palo Alto's offense. They lost 10-0 to Saratoga on Friday. The defeat continues a trend for the Vikings in their meetings with the Falcons: they've now lost seven in a row.

Palo Alto saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Riannah Soliman, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Meanwhile, Lynbrook was not able to break out of their rough patch last Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 7-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of MacDonald.

Audrey Lee made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with three stolen bases, one triple, and one run. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games she's played.

Lynbrook's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Palo Alto, their loss dropped their record down to 6-6.

The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Wednesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Palo Alto has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 6.2 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Lynbrook struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 5.1 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.

Palo Alto took their win against Lynbrook when the teams last played back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 15-7 score. Will Palo Alto repeat their success, or does Lynbrook has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
