Springtown never let their opponents score on Friday. They came out on top against the Bridgeport Bulls by a score of 4-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Porcupines.

Springtown's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-7-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games. As for Bridgeport, they are on a 19-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-17.

Springtown has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Mineral Wells on the 29th. As for Bridgeport, they will head out on the road to take on Castleberry at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Castleberry will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Bridgeport surely won't give up without a fight.
