Softball Recap: Wilson Takes a Loss

Wilson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 11-4 to the Rowland Raiders. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wildcats of the 4-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2025.

Wilson's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Rowland, their victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 4-7.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Wilson will challenge rival Charter Oak at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Rowland is set to square off against their familiar foe Covina at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
