Preview: Tenoroc Titans vs. Fort Meade Miners

The Tenoroc Titans's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Fort Meade Miners at 8:06 p.m. on December 11th. Tenoroc will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Florida Rankings (they are ranked 703rd, while Fort Meade is ranked 224th).

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 63-32, which was the final score in Tenoroc's tilt against Horizon on Friday. Tenoroc has struggled against Horizon recently, as their matchup on Friday was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Even though Fort Meade has not done well against Hardee recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. Fort Meade walked away with a 48-37 victory over Hardee. The win made it back-to-back wins for Fort Meade.

Ryan Screen continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 16 points along with 6 steals and 5 assists. The contest was his third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Nasier Berrien, who scored 12 points along with 6 rebounds.

The last time Tenoroc won on the road was back last Thursday. Having now lost five straight away matches, they've bumped their record down to 0-6. As for Fort Meade, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.

Tenoroc didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Fort Meade in their previous meeting back in January, but they still walked away with a 84-79 victory. Will Tenoroc repeat their success, or does Fort Meade have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
