Volleyball Recap: Summit Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Summit challenged Delta on Saturday. The Tigers came up short against the Panthers, falling 3-0. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Summit took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-19, 27-25.

Summit's loss dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Delta, their victory ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 3-14.

Coming up, Summit will welcome Glenwood Springs at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Delta, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Rifle on the 21st.
