Basketball Game Preview: Laporte Wildcats vs. Sebeka Trojans

Laporte is 0-8 against Sebeka since December of 2014 but things could change on Monday. The Laporte Wildcats will look to defend their home court against the Sebeka Trojans at 7:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Laporte is headed into Monday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their ninth straight game dating back to last season on Friday. They had to suffer through a 112-16 loss at the hands of Cass Lake-Bena. The matchup marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, Sebeka was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 55-52 heartbreaker at the hands of Verndale.

Laporte's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Sebeka, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.
