Softball Recap: Crescent City Takes a Loss

Crescent City lost against Christ's Church Academy back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Raiders lost 22-6 to the Eagles. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Macy Stuckey made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 2-for-4. Another player making a difference was Vivianna Santana, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3.

Crescent City's defeat dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Christ's Church Academy, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Crescent City will face off against Seabreeze at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Christ's Church Academy, they will head out to take on Cornerstone Classical Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
