Cam Johnson Turns in Season-Best Performance
On Friday, Corvian Community got the W thanks in part to Cam Johnson playing the best football he has all season. Johnson rushed for 158 yards and three touchdowns on only eight carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 84 yards.
Johnson and Corvian Community will welcome Carver at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The contest will pit Johnson up against the Yellowjackets' star RB Antonio Samuels. Will the match be decided in the trenches? We'll have our answer very soon.

Noah Best Goes Supernova in Corvian Community Victory
Corvian Community picked up their sixth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Noah Best. Best was unstoppable, rushing for 102 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries. His longest rush was for an incredible 90 yards.
For the season, Best has averaged 34.8 receiving yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he had two rushing touchdowns. This year he is already up to six.

Corvian Community Wins Sixth-Straight Thanks to AJ Jackson Jr.
AJ Jackson Jr. was instrumental in extending Corvian Community's winning streak to six on Friday. Bishop McGuinness had no answer to Jackson Jr. as he rushed for 40 yards.
On the season, Jackson Jr. has averaged 92.5 passing yards per game.
