Bixby put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They took their contest with ease, bagging a 64-7 victory over the Edmond North Huskies. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 57-7.

Bixby's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Carson Kirby led the charge by throwing for 244 yards and three TDs while picking up 11.1 yards per attempt, and also punching in one touchdown on the ground. Kirby is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in each of the last four games he's played. Jayson Moll also helped with three scores in total.

Bixby was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 232 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 165 rushing yards every time they've taken the field this season.

Bixby's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Edmond North, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Bixby didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 92-0 victory against Enid on the 16th. As for Edmond North, they have also already played their next contest, a 57-28 loss against Mustang on the 16th.
