Football Recap: King Kekaulike Extends Winning Streak to Three + How To Watch

The matchup between King Kekaulike and Maui on Friday hardly resembled the 14-6 effort from their previous meeting. The Na Ali'i blew past the Sabers 41-20. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 34-12.

Kingston Goliday went supernova, throwing for 124 yards and a pair of TDs on only eight passes, while also picking up 50 receiving yards and one touchdown.

The win (which was King Kekaulike's third in a row) raised their record to 3-0. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 39.3 points this season. As for Maui, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. King Kekaulike will venture away from home to square off against Lahainaluna at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Maui, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Kamehameha Maui at 7:00 p.m. on the 30th.
