Football Recap: Chandler Harley and Akiem Mills Secure Win for Ridge Spring-Monetta

Ridge Spring-Monetta won the last time they faced Williston-Elko and things went their way on Friday too. The Trojans took down the Blue Devils 25-8.

Leading Ridge Spring-Monetta to victory were Akiem Mills and Chandler Harley. Mills gained 112 total yards and a touchdown, while Harley threw for 113 yards and a pair of TDs. Harley's passing game has become a key predictor of the Trojans' success: the team is undefeated when his passer rating is 100 or higher, but only 0-4 otherwise.

Ridge Spring-Monetta's win bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Williston-Elko, they dropped their record down to 0-7 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.
