Baseball Recap: Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton's Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since May 22, 2024 (when they won 11-4). They put the hurt on the Kenyon-Wanamingo Knights with a sharp 12-5 victory. The win was some much needed relief for the Bulldogs as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-7. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.5 runs over those games. As for Kenyon-Wanamingo, their loss dropped their record down to 3-6.

Coincidentally, Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton and Kenyon-Wanamingo will both be playing New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva the next time they take the field. The Bulldogs will host the Panthers on Wednesday, while the Knights will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
