Soccer Recap: East Valley vs. West Valley
If East Valley was riding high fresh off their 5-2 takedown of Deer Park last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The East Valley Knights came up short against the West Valley Eagles on Tuesday, falling 11-0. The shutout was out of character for the Knights seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in September.
East Valley moved to 10-7-1 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak. As for West Valley, the victory for them keeps them at an undefeated 16-0-1.
East Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for West Valley, they will face off against Pullman at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday. West Valley knows how to get goals on the board -- the team has finished with four goals or more in their past 14 games -- so hopefully Pullman likes a good challenge.
