Soccer Recap: Berkeley Comes Up Short

Berkeley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Wando Warriors, falling 5-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Berkeley of the 4-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Berkeley's loss dropped their record down to 3-6-1. As for Wando, the victory was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-1.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Berkeley will take on rival Stratford at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Wando is set to challenge their familiar foe Goose Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
