Volleyball Recap: Northeastern Wisconsin Lutheran/Providence Academy Comes Up Short

Northeastern Wisconsin Lutheran/Providence Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Gibraltar Vikings.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-14.

Northeastern Wisconsin Lutheran/Providence Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Gibraltar, the win snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 5-10 record.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northeastern Wisconsin Lutheran/Providence Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Oostburg at 7:30 p.m. on October 16. As for Gibraltar, they will take on Algoma at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
