Recap: Andress Eagles vs. Chapin Huskies
It was a good run, but the Andress Eagles unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Friday. They were the victim of a tough 53-31 loss at the hands of Chapin. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Andress in their matchups with Chapin: they've now lost six in a row.
Savion Jordan was the offensive standout of the match as he scored 12 points along with six rebounds and five steals. Another player making a difference was Jayden Leverett, who scored nine points along with six rebounds.
Andress' loss dropped their record down to 13-10. As for Chapin, their victory was their 21st straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 23-4.
Andress will challenge El Paso at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Chapin, they will be playing at home against Jefferson at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Jefferson is coming into the match on a five-game losing streak.
