Football Recap: Jim Hill Takes a Loss

Jim Hill lost against Florence back in September of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Tigers lost 28-2 to the Eagles. The Tigers just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Marlon Williams threw for 46 yards while completing 75% of his passes. Lagery Wilson was his top target, picking up 44 receiving yards.

Jim Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Florence, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 2-3 record.

Jim Hill has already played their next contest, a 6-2 loss against Raymond on the 3rd. As for Florence, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 39-35 defeat against Vicksburg on the 3rd.
