Collierville barely beat Arlington the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Dragons blew past the Tigers 15-2 on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Dragons, who have now won 11 contests by six runs or more so far this season.

The victory (which was Collierville's third in a row) raised their record to 25-7. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.0 runs over those games. As for Arlington, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-15.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Collierville will host Germantown at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Dragons' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Red Devils have averaged an impressive 9.6 runs per game this season. As for Arlington, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Northpoint Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
