Volleyball Game Preview: Bradshaw Christian Pride vs. El Dorado Cougars

Bradshaw Christian hasn't had much luck against El Dorado recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Pride will venture away from home to face off against the Cougars at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Thursday, Bradshaw Christian beat Rosemont 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Pride.

While Bradshaw Christian might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Rosemont scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 22-25, 25-21, 25-20.

Meanwhile, El Dorado got the win against Union Mine on Thursday by a conclusive 3-0.

El Dorado walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-17, 25-16.

El Dorado has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-9 record this season. As for Bradshaw Christian, the win got them back to even at 5-5.

Bradshaw Christian suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to El Dorado when the teams last played last Thursday. Can the Pride avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
