Basketball Recap: Hendrickson Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Hendrickson and Georgetown squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Hendrickson had to settle for second. They fell 61-53 to the Georgetown Eagles. While losing is never fun, the Hawks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 137th, while the Eagles are ranked 44th).

Hendrickson's loss dropped their record down to 23-14. As for Georgetown, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 18 of their last 19 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 33-4 record this season.

As of now, neither Hendrickson nor Georgetown have any future games scheduled.
