The Taylor Titans will square off against the Wabash Apaches at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Taylor comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

Thursday just wasn't the day for Taylor's offense. They lost 13-0 to Clinton Prairie on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Wabash hadn't done well against Maconaquah recently (they were 1-7 in their previous eight matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Apaches walked away with a 12-7 victory over the Braves.

Kalli Davis was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out nine batters over seven innings while giving up seven earned runs off 12 hits (and only one walk). She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in ten consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with one RBI.
