Volleyball Game Preview: Union Spartans vs. Hobbton Wildcats

The Union Spartans will face off against the Hobbton Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hobbton took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Union, who comes in off a win.

On Tuesday, Union beat Spring Creek 3-1.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 26-28, 25-14, 26-24.

Meanwhile, Hobbton lost 3-0 to East Columbus on Tuesday.

While Hobbton was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into East Columbus' winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-18, 25-21.

Hobbton's loss ended a five-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-5. As for Union, their victory bumped their record up to 4-15.
