He was dialed in and scored three runs and stole three bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. He played a big game the last time he faced Fort Gibson, so the team probably should've seen him coming.
Rutherford and Jay will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Gentry at 4:30 p.m. Gentry will enter the matchup having just beaten Pea Ridge, so Jay will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
