Soccer Recap: Saratoga Starts off Right with Win over Oak Grove

Saratoga gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Thursday. They blew past the Oak Grove Eagles 4-1. The score was close at the half, but the Falcons pulled away in the second half with three goals.

Oak Grove's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 0-3.

Saratoga wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 3-1 loss against Salinas on the 7th. As for Oak Grove, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-1 draw against San Jose on the 7th.
