Softball Recap: Summers County Takes a Loss

Summers County fell victim to Oak Hill and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They came up short against the Red Devils, falling 19-0. The Bobcats haven't had much luck with the Red Devils recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Summers County's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Oak Hill, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-6.

Coming up, Summers County will be playing at home against Bluefield at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The Bobcats are facing the Beavers at the right time seeing as the Beavers are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Oak Hill, they will challenge Nitro at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
