Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Beddingfield). They enjoyed a cozy 72-57 win over the Spring Creek Gators on Tuesday. That's more bragging rights for the Bruins, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Spring Creek lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Nathan Jackson, who went 8 of 19 en route to 20 points. Brennan Chambers was another key player, putting up 13 points along with five rebounds and three steals.

Beddingfield has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 6-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.8 points per game. As for Spring Creek, they dropped their record down to 6-9 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Beddingfield will venture away from home to square off against Eastern Wayne at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Eastern Wayne knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven matchups -- so hopefully Beddingfield likes a good challenge. As for Spring Creek, they will be playing at home against Princeton at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Princeton is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 52.6 points per game this season.
