Softball Recap: Richlands Wildcats vs. Swansboro Pirates

In what's become a running theme this season, Richlands gave their fans yet another huge win on Tuesday. They blew past the Swansboro Pirates 10-3. Winning may never get old, but Richlands sure is getting used to it with their eighth in a row.

Makenzie Goin spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and one unearned) runs on four hits and racked up 13 Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in five consecutive pitching appearances.
