Basketball Recap: West Milford Proves Higher State Rank Is No Mistake

West Milford won the last time they faced Kinnelon and things went their way on Saturday too. The West Milford Highlanders took down the Kinnelon Colts 55-39. Given the Highlanders' advantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey basketball rankings (they are ranked 165th, while the Colts are ranked 337th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

West Milford is also on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 9-6 record this season. As for Kinnelon, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-10.
