West Valley waltzed into their game on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. Everything went their way against the Anderson Cubs as they made off with a 23-3 victory. That 20 run margin sets a new team best for the Eagles this season.

West Valley pushed their record up to 9-4 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Anderson, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. West Valley will square off against rival University Prep at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Anderson is set to face off against their familiar foe Central Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
