Baseball Recap: Standing Bear Comes Up Short

Malcolm hit Standing Bear with a four-run third inning on Friday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Grizzlies came up short against the Clippers, falling 10-1. The Grizzlies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Standing Bear saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Henry Warren, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base.

Standing Bear's loss dropped their record down to 7-15. As for Malcolm, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 22-2.

Coming up, Standing Bear will be taking part in a tournament against Lincoln Northeast at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. Malcolm does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
